 WE ARE NOT A BANK, PRIVATE  OR HARD MONEY LENDER

 However, if you have a deal that needs  EMD ( Earnest money ),  or probate expenses? or need the back-end funds to carry a Flip to finish?

We will Joint Venture the deal with you and as your partner

 Micro-funding is one of the resources we'll provide.  

 

The  Vetting Process 

1. The first step is to contact us and together we'll discuss your deal.  Every deal is analyzed thoroughly ( The proper due diligence goes into every detail ).

( CURRENTLY JUST WORKING WITH WHOLESALERS )

2. Please Note: We prefer to use our own ( Real Estate Lawyer vetted)  Wholesaler and JV Contracts ( No exception) It's highly recommended.

(You can have your own transactional coordinator or lawyer look over  all the documents ) . However, using our own Contracts makes the funding and paperwork process go much smoother and guarantees that each party is legally protected prior to sending it to the Title company.

If declined some deals may be rejected) .
